This agreement contains the necessary rules for benefiting from the services on our site. BY REGISTERING ON OUR SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, DECLARE, AND AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF THE USER AGREEMENT.
This ggchip.com User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'User Agreement'), consisting of this agreement and the documents and appendices (Annex-1 Privacy Policy) referenced in the agreement, has been established between ggchip.com and the User who registers on the Site for the purpose of becoming a member and is approved by the User in the electronic environment where the relevant Site is located. By becoming a member of the Site, the User acknowledges, declares, and agrees that they have read the entire User Agreement, fully understood its content, and accepted all its provisions.
User: A real or legal person who registers on the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site under the conditions specified in this agreement. Site: The website consisting of the domain name www.ggchip.com and the subdomains associated with this domain name, where the products offered by ggchip.com Services are presented.
The subject of the User Agreement is the determination of the Services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from these Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the User Agreement includes this agreement and its annexes, as well as all warnings, writings, and statements made by ggchip.com regarding usage, membership, and Services within the Site. By accepting the provisions of the User Agreement, the User also accepts all statements made by ggchip.com regarding usage, membership, and Services within the Site. The User acknowledges, declares, and agrees to act in accordance with all matters specified in these statements.
a) Membership is completed when a person who wishes to become a User submits the necessary identity information for registration through the relevant section of the Site and the registration process is approved by ggchip.com. Without completing the membership process, one cannot obtain the rights and authority defined as a User in this agreement. b) To become a member of the Site, one must be of legal age and must not have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership by ggchip.com under clause 5.2 of this agreement. The completion of the Site registration process by individuals who are underage or have been temporarily suspended or permanently banned from membership under clause 5.2 of this agreement does not result in them becoming Site members.
5.1. User’s Rights and Obligations a) The User acknowledges, declares, and agrees to comply with all the terms of the User Agreement, the rules specified in relevant parts of the Site, and all applicable laws while completing membership procedures, benefiting from the Services of the Site, and performing any transactions related to the Services on the Site. b) The User acknowledges, declares, and agrees that ggchip.com has the authority to disclose confidential/private/commercial information to official authorities and rights holders in cases where mandatory legal provisions require it or in cases where it is alleged that the rights of other Users or third parties have been violated, and that no compensation can be claimed from ggchip.com under any circumstances due to this reason. c) The security, storage, and confidentiality of access tools (such as username, password, etc.) used by Users to access the system and benefit from the Services offered by ggchip.com are entirely the responsibility of the Users. ggchip.com has no direct or indirect responsibility for any damages suffered or that may be suffered by Users and/or third parties due to the negligence or faults of Users regarding the security, storage, confidentiality, and use of system access tools. d) Users acknowledge, declare, and agree that the information and content provided by them within the Site are accurate and lawful. ggchip.com is not responsible for investigating the accuracy of the information and content transmitted by Users to ggchip.com or uploaded, modified, or provided by them on the Site. ggchip.com is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or false information and content. e) Users cannot transfer their rights and obligations under the User Agreement, either partially or entirely, to any third party without the written consent of ggchip.com. f) Those who benefit from the Services offered by ggchip.com and use the Site may only engage in transactions for lawful purposes on the Site. The legal and criminal liability of all transactions and actions taken by Users on the Site belongs to them. Each User acknowledges, declares, and agrees that they will not reproduce, copy, distribute, or process images, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, files, databases, catalogs, and lists found on the Site in a manner that infringes the property or personal rights of ggchip.com and/or any third party, and will not compete directly or indirectly with ggchip.com through these actions or by other means. ggchip.com cannot be held directly or indirectly responsible for any damages suffered or that may be suffered by third parties due to activities carried out by Users in violation of the User Agreement and/or the law on the Site. 5.2. ggchip.com's Rights and Obligations a) ggchip.com reserves the right to change the Services and content offered on the Site at any time. ggchip.com can exercise this right without any notification and without any obligation. b) ggchip.com may provide 'links' to other websites, portals, files, or content owned and operated by third parties via the Site. These 'links' may be provided by ggchip.com solely for the convenience of Users, and they do not imply any endorsement, guarantee, or representation regarding the website, its operator, or the information contained therein. ggchip.com has no responsibility for portals, websites, files, and content accessed through such 'links' or for the services or products provided by these websites. c) ggchip.com may use User information and membership-related information on the Site for User security, to fulfill its obligations, and for some statistical evaluations as it wishes. It may classify and store this information in a database. d) ggchip.com does not act as an arbitrator or mediator in disputes that arise between Users and producers within the scope of the Services provided on the Site. e) Users and ggchip.com are legally independent parties. No partnership, representation, or employer-employee relationship arises between them due to the approval and implementation of the User Agreement.
Users are required to retain documents such as bank receipts and ATM slips after making payments. These documents may be requested when necessary. ggchip.com is not responsible for payments if these documents cannot be provided. Users must verify their phone number before making purchases on the site. Payments will be processed into accounts based on the payment descriptions entered. However, ggchip.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect payment descriptions. The validity period for bonuses won within the Site is one year. Unused bonuses will be deleted on the last day of the year.
In case of stock issues or depletion due to rapid sales throughout the day, your money is held in your credit balance by ggchip.com but can be refunded upon request.
a) ggchip.com is not obligated to send a new code if the delivered codes are used incorrectly. b) ggchip.com is not responsible for any errors that may occur in your Game Currency Orders. c) Since we are not the official owner of the games we sell but only the Official Distributor in Turkey, we cannot intervene in any issues arising within the game. Accounts of users purchasing game services may be suspended. Our company does not accept any responsibility in such cases, and the responsibility lies entirely with the players.
ggchip.com may use information related to Users in accordance with the provisions set out in Appendix-1 Privacy Policy of this agreement. ggchip.com will not share confidential information belonging to Users with third parties or institutions unless permitted otherwise by the User Agreement.
10.1. Intellectual Property Rights a) All elements of the Site (including but not limited to design, text, images, HTML code, and other codes) are owned by ggchip.com and/or used under a license obtained from a third party. Users may not resell, share, distribute, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from ggchip.com Services, ggchip.com information, or copyrighted works of ggchip.com, nor allow others to access or use ggchip.com Services. Otherwise, they will be responsible for covering any compensation claims, court costs, and attorney fees arising from damages suffered by third parties, including but not limited to licensors. b) ggchip.com reserves all material and intellectual property rights, including ownership of ggchip.com Services, ggchip.com information, copyrighted works of ggchip.com, ggchip.com trademarks, ggchip.com trade appearance, and all financial, in-kind, and personal rights, commercial information, and know-how obtained through the Site. 10.2. Contract Amendments ggchip.com may unilaterally change this User Agreement at any time at its sole discretion by announcing it on the Site. The amended provisions of this User Agreement will take effect on the date of their announcement, while the remaining provisions will remain in force. The User cannot modify this User Agreement through unilateral declarations. 10.3. Force Majeure In all cases legally considered 'force majeure,' ggchip.com is not liable for delayed, incomplete, or non-performance of its obligations as specified in this User Agreement. Such situations will not be considered delays, incomplete performance, or non-performance, and no compensation may be claimed from ggchip.com under any title. The term force majeure includes but is not limited to natural disasters, riots, wars, strikes, communication failures, infrastructure and internet disruptions, power outages, and adverse weather conditions, which are beyond the reasonable control of the affected party and cannot be prevented despite due diligence. 10.4. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction The law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) will apply in the implementation, interpretation, and management of legal relationships arising under this User Agreement. TRNC Courts and Enforcement Offices will have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this User Agreement. 10.5. Termination of the Agreement This User Agreement will remain in effect as long as the User is a member of the Site and will continue to be binding on both parties. It will be considered terminated upon the expiration of the User's membership or if the membership is temporarily or permanently suspended. ggchip.com may unilaterally terminate the agreement if Users violate this User Agreement and/or similar rules regarding use, membership, and Services within the Site. In particular, the contract may be terminated in the following cases: a) If the User engages in activities that damage the operation of the Site using any method, b) If the User allows another person to use the membership account created for them, c) If the User violates the rights of third parties...
APPENDIX-1 PRIVACY POLICY At ggchip.com, we are committed to providing a safer online environment for our registered users. Therefore, we grant our members various privacy rights to ensure their comfort. a) The membership information and personal details you provide to ggchip.com will not be disclosed to other members or third parties without your consent, except in cases defined in the User Agreement. However, this information may be used within the ggchip.com site for customer profiling and statistical analysis. b) Only you can access and modify the information you enter into the system, and no other member or User can access or modify your details. c) You may choose, at your discretion, to provide personal details requested during registration, except for those that are mandatory. You are not required to fill in or mark any optional fields. d) The security measures we have implemented, such as mobile phone activation, IP fixing, and login IP tracking, are intended to ensure the secure shopping experience of our valued customers. ggchip.com reserves the right to amend the provisions of this contract when necessary.
